Please visit the Hospitality tent in front of the main grandstands from noon
til 4:00. Food will be provided by (sponsor to be named soon).
This will be a good opportunity to meet some drivers, track workers, and
volunteers from the American
Cancer Society.

Raffle
tickets cost $20 ea. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the American
Cancer Society. When the feature line-ups are announced, raffle
ticket holders will be matched up with drivers. There will be a
predetermined list of 20 prizes per class that coincide with your driver's
finishing position. Prizes will be listed on the website soon.
The Grand Prize will be an all expense paid trip for 2 to a NASCAR weekend
in Las
Vegas for the spring 2009 race. This will include race tickets
to the Nationwide race and the Sprint Cup race. This will also include
air fare, transportation from the airport to your hotel and to the track,
hotel costs, and $250 in spending money.
There will also be several prizes randomly drawn throughout the race
program.
Raffle prizes we have so far include.....
( 5 ) season tickets to the Proctor Speedway for 2009
( 5 ) weekend passes for 2 to Proctoberfest
( 5 ) passes to the Silver 1000
( 5 ) weekend passes for 2 to the Labor
Day Shootout at the Hibbing Raceway
( 5 ) weekend passes to the September special at the KRA Speedway in Willmar
, MN
( 5 ) weekend passes to the WISSOTA 100
( 5 ) weekend passes to the WISSOTA Western 100
( 5 ) comprehensive eye exams from Troy Powers and Associates
I am working on details from several other sponsors at this time and will
have more info soon.
There will also be a contingency program for drivers. Prizes will be
awarded in two ways. Sponsors can choose to give prizes to the driver
in each class who sells the most tickets or have a random drawing for prizes
between all drivers who sold at least 20 raffle tickets.
Contingency prizes will be listed soon.
And last, we will have a driver's door panel raffle. Driver's will be
asked to have pink doors or doors with pink on them for this event. We
will try to get driver's to have their doors on hand in the weeks prior to
the event. We will have a raffle for each of these panels with all
proceeds going to the American
Cancer Society. The highest finishing driver in each class that
participates in the door program will receive an additional $200.
After the night's events, the doors will be removed and given to the winning
fan.
